WALK IN SHIATSU  CLINICS

NN-working-on-back-originalWe  now offer  three  WALK IN SHIATSU CLINICS a month in  and around  Eastbourneone in town at the YOGALIFE STUDIO on the fourth Friday every month, one on the seafront at the NATURAL FITNESS CENTRE on the third Saturday  of every  month and one  at ST. LUKES PARISH CENTRE on the second Friday of every month  in Stone Cross. From May 2015 we shall be doing a new monthly Walk In fron the WELL BEING CENTRE at STONE CROSS. In these difficult times the Walk In Clinics are becoming more and more popular with a mixture of regular clients who love to receive Shiatsu but cannot afford regular prices and new clients who would like to experience Shiatsu at a cost of their choosing! These clinics provide a wonderful opportunity to have a deeply relaxing, revitalizing  and healing half hour Shiatsu treatment from a fully qualified Shiatsu Practitioner for a  small donation (suggested from£10). Truly excellent  value. There are some appointments  available for booking if required but it is generally a walk in and we shall endeavour to see you as soon as possible. March and April dates for the diary….

Seated Acupressure massage is a relaxing and invigorating  style of bodywork  adapted from a traditional form of Japanese massage called Anma, Shiatsu and Western Bodywork.

The massage involves work on the back, shoulders, neck, arms, hands and head, specifically targeting those areas susceptible to tension and stress.

This treatment is received fully clothed, while sitting in a specially designed ergonomic chair, which allows the therapist to perform rotations and stretches as well as soothe and rub away any aches and pains. No oils or lotions are used.

Seated Acupressure massage is an immediate stress reliever working to relieve tired, aching and tense muscles as well as creating a sense  of well being and relaxation in short time.

Regular Seated Acupressure Massage can help to

· Promote an overall sense of well-being, calmness and relaxation.

· Unravel tense and aching muscles.

· Relieve minor aches and pains.

· Increase circulation to all parts of the body but especially the back, neck, head, arms and hands.

· Lower anxiety levels.
