CLASSES through the summer
As we enjoy the longer days, the wonderful joys of the fullness of summer, I am very pleased to say there are plenty of choices for Qigong classes, inside, outside and online.
On Mondays we are at the gorgeous Yogalife Studio in South Street from 2-3pm (online too), on Tuesdays at the beautifully situated Natural Fitness Centre from 6.15-7.15pm. (I have decided to amalgamate the two classes at the Natural Fitness Centre on Tuesday evenings.) The focus for the next couple of months is mainly Shibashe 2, and as always the experience will be tailored to the group. As before no class on the first Tuesday of every month.
On Thursday we are outside by the sea in the lovely Italian Gardens at Holywell from 11-12 noon. I shall be there whatever the weather however I an away 11th and 18th September on Retreat in Agistri, Greece and there are no classes on 23rd October, 25th December and 1st January!
On Friday, we shall be at St Lukes Parish Centre, Stone Cross at 11.30am-12.30pm. This class is also available online. As before no class on the first Tuesday of every month.
And on Sundays once a month, usually on the first of the month, there is an outdoor Qigong class in the Italian Gardens, Holywell on Sundays at 11am.

For all those of you who love Qigong and Meditation and wish to enjoy a Live or Online Qigong class here are details of all my classes through 2025……!
If online is new for you, please be patient and gentle with yourself as you get used to joining classes in this way and with me as I get used to it….
Open to all, complete beginners welcome. All online classes are donation based. Regular classes are now £12 drop in with notification please and £40 for 4 to be used as and when. First class £6.
Qigong Outdoors in the Italian Gardens, Holywell takes place every Thursday at 11am followed as more often than not by a sea dip for all those that are willing! I shall be there whatever the weather however I an away 11th and 18th September on Retreat in Agistri, Greece and there are no classes on 23rd October, 25th December and 1st January!
There is also a new outdoor class on Sundays monthly on the first Sunday of the month except on Bank Holiday weekends when its the 2nd or 3rd Sunday. Dates are 13th July, 3rd August ( All Saints Old Chapel Garden due to EODS Theatre Company), 21st September, 5th October, 2nd November, 7th December in Italian Gardens, Holywell at 11.00am – 12.00 pm. Both outdoor classes are donation based, suggested from £6.

As you become more sensitive to Qi in your Qigong practice, you will become more sensitive to Qi in your everyday life. This opens new avenues of perception and awareness.

TUESDAYS
Qigong with Meditation classes for All live only on Tuesday evenings at the Natural Fitness Centre on Eastbourne seafront. This class runs every Tuesday except the first Tuesday of the month and when I am away.
No classes on Tuesday, 5th August, 2nd September, 7th October, 4th November, 2nd December. Also away on Retreat 9th, 15th September, so no classes, 2nd,9th and 15th September.

THURSDAYS
Qigong outdoors at the ITALIAN GARDENS, HOLYWELL at 11am followed by a dip in the sea for those that wish! I shall be there whatever the weather. Class is donation based, suggested from £6. (No classes on 11th and 18th September)
FRIDAYS
Qigong and Meditation LIVE and ONLINE on Fridays in St Lukes Parish Centre, Stone Cross. Every Friday except the first Friday of every month and when I am away.
Therefore no classes on Friday 27th June, 4th and 25th July, 1st August, 5th , 12th and 19th September, 3rd and 24th October, 7th November, 5th December.
Time: 11.30 am – 12.30pm
Investment: £12 per session, 4 sessions £40, all live sessions prebooked please. First class £6
This class is an amalgamation of the Online only seated class and the 10am Class in the Yurt, and we welcome those who may wish to be seated all or some of the time.

You will be able to enter all classes a few minutes before they begin and these links are good every week to join in. Zoom have advised that we create a password to use if you are entering manually which is Qigong1956. Clicking on the link will take you straight into the waiting room without the need for the password and I shall then invite you in…..
