QIGONG CLASSES OUTSIDE, INSIDE AND ONLINE INTO 2026

For all those of you who love Qigong and Meditation and wish to enjoy a Live or Online Qigong class here are details of all my classes through 2026……!

If online is new for you, please be patient and gentle with yourself as you get used to joining classes in this way and with me as I get used to it….

Open to all, complete beginners welcome. All online classes are donation based. Regular classes are now £12 drop in with notification please and £40 for 4 to be used as and when. First class £6.

Qigong Outdoors in the Italian Gardens, Holywell takes place every Thursday at 11am followed as more often than not by a sea dip for all those that are willing! I shall be there whatever the weather………..!(Please note that due to EODS performing from 22nd July to 1st August in the Italian Gardens, from 16th July to 5th August all outdoor classes will be at All Saints Garden nearby and we return to Italian Gardens on Thursday 6th August.)

There is also a new outdoor class on Sundays monthly on the first Sunday of the month except on Bank Holiday weekends when its the 2nd or 3rd Sunday. No Class in JUNE and JULY, then 2nd and 30th August in Italian Gardens, Holywell at 11.00am – 12.00 pm. Both outdoor classes are donation based, suggested from £6.(Please note that due to EODS performing from 22nd July to 1st August in the Italian Gardens, from 16th July to 5th August all outdoor classes will be at All Saints Garden nearby and we return to Italian Gardens on Thursday 6th August.)

TUESDAYS

Qigong with Meditation classes for All live only on Tuesday evenings at the Natural Fitness Centre on Eastbourne seafront. This class runs every Tuesday except the first Tuesday of the month. There are classes all through July, including first Tuesday of the month.

THURSDAYS

Qigong outdoors at the ITALIAN GARDENS, HOLYWELL at 11am followed by a dip in the sea for those that wish! I shall be there whatever the weather. Class is donation based, suggested from £6. FRIDAYS

Qigong and Meditation LIVE and ONLINE on Fridays in St Lukes Parish Centre, Stone Cross. Every Friday except the first Friday of every month and when I am away. No class 0n 17th July.

Time: 11.30 am – 12.30pm

Investment: £12 per session, 4 sessions £40, all live sessions prebooked please. First class £6

This class is an amalgamation of the Online only seated class and the 10am Class in the Yurt, and we welcome those who may wish to be seated all or some of the time.

You will be able to enter all classes a few minutes before they begin and these links are good every week to join in. Zoom have advised that we create a password to use if you are entering manually which is Qigong1956. Clicking on the link will take you straight into the waiting room without the need for the password and I shall then invite you in…..

Do this well before the class so you have some familiarity with it!
