CLASSES through the Autumn, Into the Winter
As the days grow shorter and we begin the journey into the slowness and quietness of the Winter months, we seek to keep warm and dry and hopefully sleeping and resting more, it is the perfect time to enjoy the gentle, relaxing and revitalising ancient practice of Qigong and I am very happy to say there are plenty of choices for Qigong classes, inside, outside and online.
On Mondays we are at the gorgeous Yogalife Studio in South Street from 2-3pm (online too), on Tuesdays at the beautifully situated Natural Fitness Centre from 6.15-7.15pm. The focus for the next couple of months is mainly the Eight Brocades, and as always the experience will be tailored to the group. As before there are no classes on the first Tuesday of every month except on 4th November and 2nd December.
On Thursday we are outside by the sea in the lovely Italian Gardens at Holywell from 11-12 noon. I shall be there whatever the weather however there are no classes on 25th December and 1st January!
On Friday, we shall be at St Lukes Parish Centre, Stone Cross at 11.30am-12.30pm. This class is also available online. As before no classes on the first Tuesday of every month.
And on Sundays once a month, usually on the first of the month, there is an outdoor Qigong class in the Italian Gardens, Holywell on Sundays at 11am. Next one is the 7th December at 11am.

TUESDAYS
Qigong with Meditation classes for All live only on Tuesday evenings at the Natural Fitness Centre on Eastbourne seafront. This class runs every Tuesday except the first Tuesday of the month except for 4th November and 2nd December when we shall be meeting.

THURSDAYS
Qigong outdoors at the ITALIAN GARDENS, HOLYWELL at 11am followed by a dip in the sea for those that wish! I shall be there whatever the weather. Class is donation based, suggested from £6.
FRIDAYS
Qigong and Meditation LIVE and ONLINE on Fridays in St Lukes Parish Centre, Stone Cross. Every Friday except the first Friday of every month and when I am away.
Therefore no classes on Friday 7th November, 5th December.
Time: 11.30 am – 12.30pm

This class is an amalgamation of the Online only seated class and the 10am Class in the Yurt, and we welcome those who may wish to be seated all or some of the time.

You will be able to enter all classes a few minutes before they begin and these links are good every week to join in. Zoom have advised that we create a password to use if you are entering manually which is Qigong1956. Clicking on the link will take you straight into the waiting room without the need for the password and I shall then invite you in…..

The general price per class is £12 and packs for 4 are £40 to be used as and when. The outdoor classes and online classes are all donation based suggested from £6.
SUNDAYS
There is also an outdoor Qigong class on Sundays monthly on the first Sunday of the month except on Bank Holiday weekends when its the 2nd or 3rd Sunday. Dates are 5th October, 2nd November, 7th December in Italian Gardens, Holywell at 11.00am – 12.00 pm. Both outdoor classes are donation based, suggested from £6.
