The next low cost WALK IN SHIATSU CLINIC is on Saturday, 13th AUGUST at the Natural Fitness Centre, Eastbourne.It was wonderful to work with so many of you last time and to have such great feedback. It is at the usual time from 9 am to 2pm with the regular group of Shiatsu Practitioners.A half hour treatment for a £10 or more donation. DISCOVER SHIATSU
A wonderful opportunity to learn more about SHIATSU, the holistic Japanese bodywork therapy with its roots in traditional Chinese Medicine. This workshop includes a 30min treatment from an experienced practitioner, information on the development of Shiatsu, body and energy awareness exercises as well as a basic and simple Shiatsu Kata/routine,working on the front and the back area, to practice on family and friends.
