As you may well have heard we received planning permission at the end of last year to create an environmentally friendly and holistic  centre for complementary  and transformative healing work,in all its many forms, on the edge of Pevensey marshes. It now has a name, the Well Being Centre and  is based at Glynleigh Farm, a small organic farm near Stone Cross. We are preparing the way for a  big 24ft yurt for classes and workshops and a smaller 14ft yurt for therapies, both with wooden floors and  woodburners. The intention is to open this summer, hopefully in July!If this feels like something you would like to be part of, please get in touch with us and we would love to share our plans and ideas and show you around the place…!Volunteeer workdays are in the pipeline coming very soon….

The massage involves work on the back, shoulders, neck, arms, hands and head, specifically targeting those areas susceptible to tension and stress.

This treatment is received fully clothed, while sitting in a specially designed ergonomic chair, which allows the therapist to perform rotations and stretches as well as soothe and rub away any aches and pains. No oils or lotions are used.

· Unravel tense and aching muscles.

· Relieve minor aches and pains.

· Increase circulation to all parts of the body but especially the back, neck, head, arms and hands.
